Job summary

Veterinary Surgeon role in South Ayrshire, Scotland, with a salary of £39,000–£52,000 depending on experience. The position is full-time with part-time considered and no out-of-hours work, except for one Saturday morning every four weeks. The practice offers CPD support and a supportive, experienced team.

Qualifications

• Experienced Veterinary Surgeon with first opinion small animal practice.
• Strong commitment to clinical care, teamwork and professional development.
• Full-time position with approx. 40 hours per week; part-time applications welcomed (minimum 3 days).
• Not suitable for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality veterinary care to small animals.
• Support a collaborative, learning-focused team.
• Participate in a 1 in 4 Saturday morning rota.
