Medivet & Partners in Benfleet seeks an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a busy practice with a supportive team and varied caseload. You should have around 5+ years of experience and strong surgical skills, with opportunities to perform complex procedures; laparoscopic spays are a bonus, and we’ll back you to develop this skill.

The role includes a 1:3 Saturday rotation, Bank Holiday/on-call duties shared with our wider network, and a good work-life balance in a coastal town with easy

• Around 5+ years of veterinary experience.
• Strong surgical skills with interest in ongoing development.
• Willingness to learn and develop laparoscopic spays bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality veterinary surgical care and medical treatment.
• Work within a busy practice alongside RVNs, VCAs and CCAs.
• Handle a varied caseload with opportunities to develop skills.
• Participate in 1:3 Saturday rotation and on-call duties.
