An animal welfare organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon. In this permanent position, you will provide medical care to pets and wildlife while working with a passionate team. The role requires full registration with the RCVS, and you’ll have the opportunity to impact animal care and welfare significantly. Relocation support is provided for this role in Jersey, known for its stunning landscapes and community spirit.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am- 5pm

Working with a core but highly experienced and passionate team of Vets and Vet Nurses, you’ll be providing medical care to the Island’s animals. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating and preventing medical conditions to pets and wildlife.
You’ll work collaboratively with the wider team to help fulfil our purpose and effectively demonstrate our values.
Working as a Vet at the JSPCA means you have the unique opportunity to work beyond traditional practice. For this role, you must hold a full registration with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) and you will need a Jersey licence to practise.
We will guide and support you through the necessary licensing and relocation process to make your move to Jersey as smooth as possible.
