With a new, dedicated cat clinic and purpose built dental suite, 2027 is set to be an exciting year.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Veterinary Surgeon role is based at All Pets Veterinary Center in St. Peter, Jersey. Vets work a standard 4 day week, with an equal share of rhe on-call overnight and weekends on a 1 in 4. We do all routine consults, surgery, dentistry and imaging on site, with equipment such as digital x-ray, Sonoscape ultrasonography, gastroscope, and brand new IM3 dental equipment. Candidates with a keen interest in surgery and an orthopaedic skill set would be an added bonus, we are looking for someone to take ownership and enjoy leading the surgical side of the practice.

The Veterinary Surgeon will also contribute to client education, uphold clinical standards, and support a culture focused on staff wellbeing and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Veterinary Surgery and Veterinary Medicine
• Strong competence in soft tissue ans orthopaedic surgery an added bonus
• Veterinary degree (e.g., MRCVS or equivalent) and eligibility to practice in Jersey or the UK
• Experience in small animal practice, including both medical and surgical case management
• Clear, empathetic communication skills and ability to build trusted client relationships
• Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and evidence-based clinical practice
