Veterinary Surgeon - Ayres Veterinary Hospital, North Shields

Salary: Up to £75,000 (DOE) + £5,000 Joining Bonus + We are happy to discuss relocation packages for the right candidate.

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 1 in 6 weekend day rota – but we are happy to discuss flexible options regarding hours and contracts too.

Ayres has its main site in North Shields, near Newcastle, and branch surgeries in Whitley Bay, Cramlington and Cleadon.

The Role

You’ll work alongside experienced vets managing a wide range of first‑opinion cases. If you’re keen to integrate into our night service (with TOIL), we can accommodate that too. We welcome applications from qualified vets with 3+ years’ experience who want to thrive in a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment.
