A veterinary clinic in London seeks a Veterinary Surgeon to deliver exceptional client and patient care. This role requires RCVS registration and offers a supportive team environment with varied caseloads. A competitive salary of £75,000–£80,000 is available for the right candidate. Candidates should have clinical leadership skills and experience in exceptional clinical care.
At Medivet Roehampton Veterinary Clinic, we’re proud to serve a loyal and growing client base from across London – including Putney Heath, Wimbledon, and the leafy surrounds of Richmond Park. We’re now offering a rare opportunity to join our welcoming and experienced team as a Veterinary Surgeon.
The Roehampton team is small but mighty, with an exceptional Head RVN and clinical coach, a team of committed SVNs across the region, and two outstanding front-of-house professionals who pride themselves on providing top-tier client care. The practice is inspired by creating a workplace culture that truly puts patients, clients, and team wellbeing first.
The clinic itself is also beautiful — with modern facilities, a state-of-the-art theatre, and advanced surgical and diagnostic equipment, all tucked inside a beautiful, calm setting you really have to see to believe (and yes, even complete with a fancy coffee machine to keep you even more focused and switched on every day).
We manage a varied caseload of medical and surgical work, with direct clinical support from our flagship Richmond 24-Hour Hospital and Kingston branch when needed. This allows our team to confidently manage complex cases while maintaining continuity of care.
This role is ideally suited to a vet with 2+ years experience, who is looking for a supportive team, a varied caseload, and the space to grow clinically.
Certification and/or strong surgical experience would be a significant advantage, though not essential. For the right candidate — especially those with surgical certification — we are happy to offer a competitive salary upwards of £75,000–£80,000 per annum.
If you're looking for a fulfilling, well-supported role in a genuinely lovely practice — with the benefit of strong hospital support and a great local community — we’d love to hear from you.
