A veterinary clinic in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join their team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting clients and their pets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills. Experience in the veterinary field is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. We are looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our fantastic team at our Moseley clinic. The right candidate will provide excellent customer service to our clients and their pets. You will need to have excellent communication skills and will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages, taking payments and providing general administrative support. We are looking for someone reliable, organised and able to multitask in a fast pace environment. Veterinary industry experience preferred but not essential as training will be given.
This is a part-time role covering maternity leave. You will be required to work Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 7:30pm and 1 in 6 Saturdays 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Our main surgery is situated in the centre of Moseley on the Alcester Road (nearly opposite the Texaco garage). Here we offer our most extensive range of services from nails clips right through to orthopaedic surgery and imaging.
We have ample off road parking at the front of the practice. Our staff will give you a warm & friendly welcome.
There are separate seating areas for clients with dogs & cat to minimise the stress to both dogs & cats, and cat only clinics on Wednesdays between 2pm and 3.20pm.
