Qualifications

  • Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner
  • Managing reception duties such as phone calls, appointment bookings, and general inquiries
  • Processing insurance claims and pet health club memberships
  • Keeping client records accurate and up-to-date
  • Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks away from the front desk
  • Remaining calm and compassionate in high-pressure or emotional situations

You will be joining a collaborative, supportive, and friendly team that values compassion, professionalism, and excellent service for both clients and their pets.

Shift pattern

This is a permanent, part-time position offering 23 hours per week, worked as 4 shifts of 5.5 hours each plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings from 8 am to 1:30 pm. We are specifically looking for someone who can commit to these hours. The day off can be either Monday or Tuesday.
