Job summary

Dragon Vets in Cheltenham is seeking a Director of Practice to lead our main hospital and four satellite branches. You will work with the Practice Manager and Lead Vet to set the strategic direction, oversee operations, finances, and patient care across sites in a collaborative culture.

With a track record in senior leadership, you will drive growth, manage budgets, develop teams, and ensure compliance while delivering outstanding client and patient care at this established veterinary group in

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with accountability for ops and commercial results.
• Strong financial and business management capability with planning and P&L oversight.
• Lead, engage and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading through change and driving cultural or transformational initiatives.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Veterinary/Healthcare experience desirable.
• Multi Site experience desirable.
