Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon to lead clinical operations across its UK network. You will promote best practice, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement in patient care.

You will ensure clinics deliver outstanding client service, build high-performing, collaborative teams, and monitor key metrics such as revenue, EBITDA and client satisfaction with support from your Network Director.

Qualifications

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon.
• Proven experience in operational and/or leadership roles.
• Strong clinical skills with commitment to patient care.
• Excellent leadership and people management capabilities.
• Ability to influence, engage, and build relationships at all levels.
• Commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results.
• Passion for delivering outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to promote best practice and continuous improvement in patient care.
• Ensure a consistently high standard of client service and experience.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and inspire clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Build high-performing, engaged teams with a collaborative culture.
• Drive day-to-day operational performance across the cluster.
• Ensure clinics meet key performance metrics (revenue, EBITDA, client satisfaction).
• Identify opportunities to grow and develop the practices, with support from your Network Director.
