A leading veterinary organization in Lincoln is seeking a Veterinary Nurse for a weekend role. This position involves critical patient care and diagnostics, with support for professional development. 3 out of 4 Sundays from 10:00 to 18:00

Understanding your key role

Our nursing team are at the core of clinical treatment including triage, surgery, anaesthesia, and in-patient care. Key responsibilities will include:

  • First Aid - give appropriate advice over the phone and perform in clinic.
  • Critical Care - management and monitoring of major body systems, monitoring of in-patient trends and identifying changes quickly, physiotherapy, pain assessment, wound and dressing care.
  • Diagnostics - confident to perform basic diagnostic procedures in a sole charge capacity.
