Job summary

VC Evidensia UK is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join Scarsdale Vets as Clinical Care Coordinator. The role combines nursing inpatients with coordinating daily hospital workflow and client communication.

You will work across theatre, anaesthesia, wards and consultations, helping ensure high-quality patient care and smooth hospital operations within a team of vets and referral colleagues.

Veterinary Nurse - Clinical Care Coordinator

We are seeking an organised, proactive Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Scarsdale Vets on a full-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RVN who enjoys inpatient care, theatre nursing and client communication, while also taking responsibility for coordinating the daily workflow and organisation of hospital inpatients.

As Clinical Care Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring patients receive exceptional clinical care while supporting clear communication between clients, Veterinary Surgeons, the hospital team and referral colleagues.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.

You’ll help oversee the daily organisation of hospital inpatients, supporting patient flow, clinical standards and communication across the hospital. Working closely with Veterinary Surgeons, Nurses and referral colleagues, you’ll help ensure patients receive consistent, well-coordinated care throughout their hospital journey.

Working Pattern

• 38 hours per week across a 4-day working week
• 1 late shift per week, working 8:30am-7:00pm
• Remaining 3 shifts worked on a rota basis, averaging 8.5 hours per day between 7:30am and 7:00pm
• 1 to 2 Bank Holidays per year
• Participation in the weekend and Bank Holiday on-call rota
