Qualifications

  • Qualified Veterinary Nurse with relevant experience in anaesthesia.
  • Flexible in shift patterns and available to work weekends, bank holidays and university closed days.
  • Able to work a 35-hour week, plus 26 days holiday.

Responsibilities

  • Provide delivery of anaesthesia and analgesia to diverse referral caseloads in theatre and diagnostic imaging.
  • Use monitoring equipment including blood gas analysis, intra-arterial blood pressure monitoring, capnography and ECG.
  • Perform anaesthesia and analgesia techniques such as monitoring anaesthesia, locoregional techniques, and pain scoring.
