Job summary

Medivet Northgate is recruiting for a part-time veterinary nurse on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. You would be working 2 days a week and a 1 in 6 Saturdays or Sundays at Medivet Faygate, joining a friendly, close-knit team of veterinary nurses, veterinary care assistants and client care staff.

You’ll deliver nurse-led appointments, support vets with procedures, and maintain high standards of clinical care.

Job description

Medivet Northgate is recruiting for a part-time veterinary nurse on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. You would be working 2 days a week and a 1 in 6 Saturdays or Sundays at Medivet Faygate.Medivet Northgate is co-owned by branch partner Ivana and working with her are her friendly close knit team of veterinary nurses, veterinary care assistant and client care assistants.The practice is well equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound and inhouse lab machines. There are plenty of opportunities to run nurse clinics and use your nursing skills.As a Nurse you will be accountable for the clinical delivery of nurse led appointments and will be required to support the Vet with procedures as required ensuring we deliver exceptional care always there to our clients, patients and colleagues whilst maintaining the highest levels of regulatory and operational standards and compliance.
