Torbridge Vets has been established for over 100 years and is proud to be RCVS Accredited. Our main site is in the historic port town of Bideford, surrounded by stunning beaches and moorland. Our second site is in the charming market town of South Molton, right on the edge of Exmoor.
We're a dedicated companion animal practice with modern facilities and a wide range of specialist equipment, including laparoscopic tools, dental x‑ray, and orthopaedic surgery referrals. You'll be joining a supportive team of 7 vets, 7 qualified nurses, and student nurses, where collaboration and hands‑on nursing care are encouraged.
The practice has a strong track record of supporting career progression, having developed PCA's into SVN's and RVN's. We are ideally seeking a clinical coach who is passionate about mentoring and supporting students, contributing to a positive learning environment within the team.
This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week including 1 in 6 Saturdays.
