Calder Veterinary in Wakefield is seeking a friendly and confident Veterinary Surgeon to join our consult-focused team at Calder Vets Wakefield.

This role focuses on consultations, medical cases and client relationships with a varied first-opinion caseload, and no routine surgical duties.

You'll work with an experienced, supportive team, with flexible full-time or part-time options and a weekend rota that aims for roughly 1 in 4 weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have experience handling a varied first-opinion consultation caseload.
• Strong ability to make clinical decisions and interpret diagnostics.
• Excellent communication to explain diagnoses, prognoses and treatment options clearly.
