Qualifications

• Board certification in Veterinary Clinical Pathology is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the future of veterinary clinical pathology and drive excellence in diagnostics.
• Provide clinical leadership, inspire the pathology team, and set high professional standards.
• Act as the clinical figurehead for pathology within the designated laboratory.
• Deliver high-quality diagnostic pathology services with timely reporting.
• Provide expert clinical support to veterinary clients.
• Ensure pathology reporting meets agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and service delivery.
• Support the Laboratory Director in delivering an outstanding end-to-end service.
• Contribute to research, innovation, education, and business development initiatives.
• Support training and development of Resident Pathologists.
• Help shape pathology strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Translate organizational objectives into practical action plans.
