Mars Veterinary is recruiting a Veterinary Business Manager to drive territory growth across Bristol-Weston-super-Mare, Taunton, Exeter, Bridgwater and Barnstaple. You will strengthen clinical recommendations and promote Royal Canin’s digital tools within independent clinics and groups.

This field-based role requires building strong relationships, delivering nutritional education, and expanding use of Vet Express. A full UK driving licence and a track record in field sales are essential.

Qualifications

• Based in the defined territory (Bristol-Weston-super-Mare-Taunton-Exeter-Bridgwater-Barnstaple).
• Proven experience in field sales, account management or business development.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Confident delivering presentations and training sessions.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms.
• Experience onboarding or training users on software or digital systems is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and territory management skills.
• Veterinary, animal health, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.

The Role

As a Veterinary Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering territory sales growth while increasing the adoption and engagement of Royal Canin’s digital ecosystem across your customer base.

You’ll build trusted relationships with veterinary professionals, provide expert nutritional support, identify commercial opportunities and help clinics integrate digital recommendation platforms into their daily workflows.

Exciting opportunities to engage with pet professionals and enthusiasts at 2-3 key industry events per year (some weekend work involved)

What We’re Looking For

• To ensure effective territory coverage, applicants should be based within the territory area (Bristol-Weston-super-Mare -Taunton-Exeter-Bridgwater-Barnstaple).
• Proven experience in field sales, account management or business development.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
