About this role

BlackRock's paid six-month programme offers service leavers and professional athletes the opportunity to develop their professional skills, enhance their understanding of asset management and the world of financial services and prepare for future careers in the industry. BlackRock are offering diverse roles and opportunities across the following divisions: Aladdin Client Business: Aladdin Client Business is BlackRock's global investment technology and transformation organization, partnering with many of the world's largest financial institutions to implement, operate and optimize the Aladdin platform. Combining financial markets expertise, technology innovation and strategic consulting, ACB helps clients transform how they invest, manage risk, operate and grow in an increasingly complex financial landscape. Client Services & Solutions: Client Services & Solutions (CSS) is a client-facing organization within Technology & Operations that was formed by bringing together Client Experience and Operations capabilities under a unified model. Its objective is to create a more seamless client experience, improve collaboration across teams, and better align operational execution with BlackRock's commercial outcomes. Military Applicants: Service leavers, who have served in the UK regular armed forces with a minimum of 3 years’ service. Have left regular service within the last 12 months. Professional Athletes: Elite athletes, who have either represented a professional team for their sport, or who have represented their country at Senior international level. Our hybrid work model
