Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a busy, small animal veterinary practice in the stunning Lake District area near Carlisle, Cumbria.

• Excellent full time opportunity working a set rota of days with some duty nights and one weekend every month (always flexibility to swap around if needed)
• Practice is established, successful and modern with up-to-date technologies and equipment; digital x-ray, digital dental X-ray, ultrasound, video-endoscope, in‑house laboratory with biochemistry and haematology machines etc.
• Ideally you will already have some experience in general practice and be confident in consulting and routine operations.
• Join a growing and experienced Vet team with some currently working towards certificates.
• Generous CPD and study to certificate level encouraged and funded.
• Stunning and sought after Lake District area with great local amenities and transport links.
• Visa sponsorship is available for this role.
