About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Vertical Services Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our vertical and high-rise cleaning operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on ensuring that all vertical cleaning activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

You’ll manage both on‑site and visiting teams, plan and coordinate schedules, and ensure strict compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll uphold Atlas’ values through exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.

This role requires a balance of strong leadership, technical understanding of vertical cleaning practices, and a commitment to maintaining the quality and safety standards that our clients expect. You’ll also play a key role in reporting, performance analysis, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and service outcomes.

About You

You’re an experienced and safety‑conscious leader with a strong background in managing vertical or high‑level cleaning teams. You take pride in maintaining the highest standards of service delivery and bring a proactive approach to planning, problem‑solving, and team development.

You’ll hold a recognised health and safety qualification (IOSH or equivalent) and have excellent organisational and communication skills. Your ability to manage people, schedules, and compliance with confidence will be essential to success in this role.

You’ll be confident using systems such as Microsoft Excel and scheduling tools, with the ability to analyse data and identify trends or improvements. Most importantly, you’ll embody Atlas’ values — acting with integrity, taking ownership, supporting your team, and always striving to deliver a ‘Wow’ experience for our clients.
