• The judgement to take a brief, ask the right questions, and come back with something good.
• The organisation to keep several jobs moving without dropping any.
• Motion or After Effects is a real bonus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the team on web builds, hand designs off cleanly to developers.
• Deal with clients directly – a real chance to develop rather than sit in a corner taking orders.
