Job summary

Nouveau Sourcing Ltd is seeking an Experienced General Labourer / Multi-Skilled Site Labourer in Gloucester and surrounding areas. The role covers various site tasks across building projects, with travel up to approximately 25 miles.

Typical hours are 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a daily pay of £160 as a CIS subcontractor. The candidate will support different trades, undertake lightweight demolition, waste handling, basic maintenance and site clearance, and must be able to work

Qualifications

• Experience as a labourer on building, refurbishment or property-development projects.

Responsibilities

• General labouring duties across active building sites.
• Removing, sorting and loading building waste.
• Rip-out and light demolition works.
• Moving building materials, tools, furniture and equipment.
• Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised.
• Assisting carpenters, plasterers, decorators and other trades.
• Basic painting and decorating works.
• Landscaping and external clearance works.
• Basic property maintenance and minor repair tasks.
• Using standard hand tools and basic power tools safely.
• Completing other reasonable site duties as required.
