Job summary

Loungers plc’s Sarto Lounge is hiring experienced Chefs to join a busy kitchen team. You’ll cook to spec across all-day menus, support the Head Chef, and help maintain high standards from prep to plate. The role suits Chefs de Partie, Line Chefs, or Grill Chefs in a flexible, all-day operation.

We offer hourly pay up to £12.71 with tips, paid breaks, staff meals every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one, plus a strong development pathway and staff events.

Qualifications

• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Energetic, fast-paced, positive attitude.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
