You will work across MET, Panel, Paint and SMART repairs, delivering high-quality accident repairs with attention to safety and manufacturer methods. The role offers a Monday–Friday pattern, a competitive salary from £40,000 dependent on experience, and clear career progression within a supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in automotive accident repair centres or bodyshops.
• Strong background across MET, Panel, Paint and SMART repair.
• Multiskilled with ability to undertake a variety of repair duties.
• Strong understanding of accident repair processes and vehicle construction.

Aufgaben

• Carry out accident repair work across multiple areas of the bodyshop.
• Undertake MET strip and refit work and light mechanical duties where required.
• Complete panel repairs, dent repairs and replacement of damaged components.
• Carry out vehicle preparation, painting, polishing and finishing work where required.
• Undertake SMART repair techniques and minor cosmetic repairs.
• Work closely with Panel, MET, Paint and Workshop teams to ensure efficient vehicle throughput.
• Complete all repairs to a high standard while following manufacturer repair methods and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment in line with Health & Safety requirements.
