Job summary

iO Associates partners with a fast-growing technology company delivering safety-critical software for autonomous systems across defence, aerospace and commercial sectors. You will verify and validate embedded real-time software to meet strict safety and certification standards.

Responsibilities include developing verification strategies, creating test plans and automated frameworks, performing requirements-based testing, and contributing to certification evidence through traceability.

Qualifications

• Experience verifying safety-critical embedded or real-time software.
• Requirements-based testing, traceability and test automation.
• Background in regulated industries such as aerospace, defence, automotive, rail or medical devices.
• Experience producing verification evidence for certification.

Opportunity

You’ll verify and validate safety-critical software for highly regulated autonomous systems, ensuring products meet the highest safety, reliability and certification standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop verification strategies, test plans and automated test frameworks.
• Perform requirements-based verification and validation.
• Support certification through traceability and compliance evidence.
• Execute integration and system testing.

Desirable

DO-178C, DAL A/B, SIL/HIL testing, fault injection, simulation-based verification, or UAV/autonomous systems experience.
