A leading event services company in London seeks an experienced Venue Account Manager to enhance relationships with a prestigious venue. You will act as the key contact to promote services, manage client requirements, and oversee the technical team. Venue Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to maintain and develop our relationship within a large high end London venue.

We’re looking for a candidate with extensive account management experience working with high end venues and clients. The ideal candidate will also have technical experience in the audio visual event sector.

The successful candidate will have excellent account management skills, the ability to multitask and should thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Acting as the main point of contact you will work with the venue to sell space and promote our services, identify new opportunities and develop new ideas.
  • You will provide technical advice and manage clients’ technical requirements, liaising as to client specifications and operational deliverables to ensure consistently high client satisfaction levels are achieved.
  • Assisting with the supervision of the on‑site technical team to ensure that the delivery of the job is both efficient and technically sound.
  • Liaising with clients and our technical team both in advance of and during an event to ensure that the client receives the highest level of service at all times.
  • Contributing to post‑event review meetings and regular Sales meetings.
Qualifications and pre‑requisites
  • Experience in account management of large scale conferences and live technical events.
  • A broad technical knowledge base across all areas of video, sound, lighting, networking and IT.
  • Commercial awareness and Budgetary skills - demonstrate a clear understanding of company business and the ability to effectively balance cost, quality and ensure profitability.
  • The ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
  • Flexibility – the ability to facilitate overtime including early mornings, late evening and some weekend working.
  • Highly client focused (as delivering the best quality service to our clients is at the heart of what we do)
  • A great team player.
