Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in Banking & Finance.

• Legal or company secretarial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and expenses across group companies.
• Maintain cash trackers, bank reconciliations, and accurate financial records.
• Prepare draft management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support variance analysis and liaise on VAT, tax, and audit matters.
• Draft board minutes, resolutions, and support board meetings.
