A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Ventilation Sales Manager to oversee contracts across the South of England. The role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in the Ventilation industry is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of BS9999 and TR19 guidelines is preferred.
  • Experience in managing teams of site staff is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of ventilation, air hygiene and fire damper contracts.
  • Identify new business leads and follow up for onboarding.
  • Upsell services to existing clients.
  • Conduct site surveys and scope works before commencement.
  • Ensure KPIs are met throughout the team.
  • Allocate works for efficient service levels.
  • Identify training areas within the team and implement training.
  • Serve as key contact for clients and site staff.
  • Provide bespoke technical advice to clients.
  • Oversee the delivery of ventilation service works.
  • Manage teams of site staff.
  • Review RAMS and site permits for projects.
  • Produce regular performance reports for management.

They are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Ventilation Sales Manager to oversee contracts in the Southern regions. Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge as well as a keen talent for teams and client management. It is preferrable that candidates hold a strong work history as well as a professional manner when liaising with clients, in order to maintain the company’s exceptional reputation. Experience / Qualifications

The Role
  • Managing a busy portfolio of ventiletion, air hygiene and fire damper client contracts
  • Actively identifying new business leads and following up with a view to on-board
  • Upselling of company services to clients
  • Conducting site surveys and scoping for works prior to works commencing
  • Ensuring KPIs are met throughout the team
  • Allocating works to ensure an efficient service level
  • Identifying areas for training within the team and implementing
  • Being a key point of contact for clients and site staff
  • Providing bespoke technical advice to clients
  • Overseeing the successful delivery of ventilation service works
  • Managing teams of site staff
  • Reviewing RAMS and site permits for projects
  • Producing regular reports for management to review performance levels
