Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a procurement data specialist to maintain supplier records in Ivalua, improve data quality, and support governance across the supplier base. You will coordinate onboarding, transition and renewal activity, monitor milestones and manage documentation such as contracts and statements of work.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Experience analysing large datasets with data quality governance.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in Excel; Power BI experience useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and govern supplier records in Ivalua, improving data quality.
• Support supplier governance with service credits, risk management, audits and reporting.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, transition, replacement, monitor renewals and milestones.
• Manage supplier documentation: contracts, statements of work and artefacts.
• Deliver supplier benchmarking and tiering with partners to inform decisions.
