  • Contribute to seasonal planning and product launch timelines, ensuring all relevant teams are informed and prepared.
Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)
  • Coordinate retail demand versus capacity planning, escalating issues where needed to protect the customer experience and fulfillment commitments.
  • Support the execution and management of Value‑Added Services (VAS) requirements to ensure product meets quality and presentation standards before reaching the end consumer.
  • Track shipments and proactively update stakeholders on delivery status, minimizing disruption to downstream operations and retail timelines.

Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)
  • Support the implementation of automation and operational best practices to improve vendor management efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Produce regular analytical reports on vendor performance, production status, and cost metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support data‑driven decision‑making across sourcing and supply chain teams through accurate, timely reporting and analysis.
  • Assist in managing import/export documentation where applicable, identifying process improvements to streamline logistics workflows.
Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)
  • Manage and support production schedules, ensuring materials and components are replenished and delivered to vendors on time.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams on shipments, delivery schedules, and documentation, ensuring end‑to‑end visibility and accountability.
  • Provide regular reporting on production and vendor schedules to key stakeholders, maintaining transparency and enabling proactive decision‑making.
  • Serve as the administrative backbone across all vendor activity, supporting the Supply Chain function with any additional tasks required to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally and engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders including vendors, logistics partners, and finance teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience using ERP software or similar supply chain management systems.
