Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a reliable Vending Assistant to support our vending operation at Airbus Filton. You’ll help keep machines stocked, maintain presentation, and ensure accurate cash handling and records.

The role requires good organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with the team to uphold high food-safety standards. Training will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Replenishing vending machines and service points.
• Monitoring stock levels and presentation.
• Handling cash and keeping accurate records.
• Storing food and products correctly and safely.
• Completing due diligence and storage checks.
• Ensuring products are labelled correctly and in date.
• Working with managers and other teams to support smooth service.
• Attending training where required.
