The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Service Representative to maintain, clean, and restock premium coffee and vending machines across a specified territory. You will ensure machines meet hygiene and safety standards, are fully stocked and well-presented, and deliver outstanding service to our clients. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer contact and thrives in a fast-paced, mobile working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean, replenish, and maintain coffee and vending machines – ensuring hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with statutory and company standards (full training provided).
  • Keep machines well-presented, fully stocked, and rotate stock appropriately.
  • Record any machine breakdowns or issues and liaise with the wider team to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Organise your day effectively to visit all clients on time and deliver consistent service.
  • Accurately capture sales and stock movement data using smart‑tech systems.
  • Act as the face of the company – build and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Manage and maintain a company van (your mobile warehouse). Ensure stock is organised, rotated, and ready for client visits.
  • Merchandise machines to maximise sales and meet client requirements.

  • A strong sense of retail awareness and a knack for maximising sales.
What We’re Looking For

  • Confidence in working independently and managing your schedule efficiently.
Job Details
