Overview

Global Consulting provides a broad range of services that support KPMG member firms to serve their clients, which includes assisting them to deliver on a near‑continuous transformation agenda to drive value. The Global Consulting Solutions Hub (the Hub) is an integrated team of resources who lead the design, build and support of our Transformation offerings, working collaboratively to define, prioritize, design, build, deploy and activate an expanding set of transformation propositions that help KPMG MFs to sell and deliver standard and efficient transformation solutions to their clients. The Hub leverages a unified framework to create, maintain and evolve transformation methods, enablers, technology assets, and provides enablement and activation support to MFs, sectors and account teams, while also providing financial planning and analysis and reporting across our Transformation portfolio. This team interacts with Global Consulting Leadership and Capability Teams (CoEs), Deal Advisory, Global Advisory Technology & Enablement (GATE), Analyst Relations, KDN and multiple other KPMGI/KISL teams such as GCM, L&D, etc. The role ensures each stakeholder group achieves its strategic objectives by identifying and removing barriers, aligning processes, and embedding change at the intersection of strategy and execution, supporting the shift to intelligent, AI‑enabled services.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders across various member firms, fostering strong working relationships.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, addressing concerns and managing expectations.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of project updates, decisions, and relevant information to all involved parties.
  • Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for leadership and key stakeholders, summarizing project status, risks, and key decisions.
  • Develop and manage project communication plans, including drafting announcements, updates, and other relevant communications.
  • Ensure all communications are clear, concise, and tailored to the audience.
  • Support the overall project management lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure of project activities.
  • Monitor project progress against established timelines and deliverables, identifying potential roadblocks and proposing solutions.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics to assess project health and success.
  • Ensure project activities are completed efficiently and effectively, adhering to quality standards.
  • Organize and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
  • Maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in change management and large scale transformation.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or project support roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, international team.
  • Understanding of professional services environments is an advantage.
