Job summary

London Hire Ltd is seeking a hands-on Fleet Preparation Operative to support the London Hire Fleet. You will prepare vehicles for rental, ensuring cleanliness, fuel and fluid levels, tyre pressures and overall presentation before delivery to customers.

You will inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles for pre- and post-rental damage as part of the quality inspection process, report issues, and assist with general fleet duties on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle preparation and inspection is preferred.
• Attention to detail and safety compliance are essential.

Job description

The main purpose of this role is the preparation of vehicles for London hire, inspection of new vehicles to site and general duties in connection with the London Hire Fleet of vehicles.

To ensure that all vehicles are thoroughly prepared for ongoing rental in terms of cleanliness, levels, and tyre pressures, paying attention to any pre or post rental damage as part of the quality inspection process.
