Job summary

Assured Group in Lowestoft is seeking an on-site Vehicle Valeter with some driving responsibilities. You will valet, clean, and detail vehicles to a high standard, and manage vehicle handovers with customers.

Full UK driving licence required (held >1 year, max 6 points). Training provided; shift patterns discussed at interview. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for customers, upholding safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Organisational skills required to manage time and vehicle care.
• Punctuality and reliability essential for customer-facing role.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude expected.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays or extended hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Valet, clean and detail interior and exterior of vehicles to high standard.
• Deliver and collect vehicles in line with license entitlement.
• Complete handover paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Inspect vehicles on delivery/collection and document any issues.
• Follow health and safety protocols to protect yourself and customers.
