Lookers Motor Group Limited is hiring Vehicle Technicians across multiple UK locations. The role covers maintenance, servicing and repairs with an emphasis on diagnostic work and first‑time quality. A full UK driving licence and a formal automotive qualification are required.

Permanent, Full Time

40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota

The Salaries we offer are based on your skills, experience, and accreditation, but you can expect the following:

• Prep Technician – OTE up to £34,780 (North), £37,780 (South), £37,780 (Scotland)
• MOT Tester – OTE up to £34,780 (North), £37,780 (South), £37,780 (Scotland)
• Service & Maintenance Technician (Brand Accredited) – OTE up to £42,220 (North), £45,220 (South), £45,220 (Scotland)
• Senior Technician – OTE up to £49,100 (North), £52,100 (South), £52,100 (Scotland)
• Master Technician – OTE up to £56,980 (North), £59,980 (South), £60,980 (Scotland)

As a Vehicle Technician, you play a vital role in delivering a customer experience built on trust, transparency, and high standards. You’ll carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs with precision, ensuring every vehicle is returned in its best condition. From routine servicing to complex diagnostic work, your technical expertise and commitment to first‑time quality are central to how we operate.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
• A full UK driving licence
• Experience working as a vehicle technician
