Lead Vehicle Technician – P J Nicholls Tewkesbury

Location & Remuneration

• Mobile Vehicle Technician – Aylesbury – Salary: £38,625 basic per annum, OTE £50,000 & overtime 1.5\/
• Mobile Vehicle Technician – High Wycombe – Salary: £38,625 basic per annum, OTE £58,000 & overtime 1.5\/
• Standard Vehicle Technician – Duckworth Land Rover, Market Rasen – Salary: £38,760 basic per annum, OTE £44,760 + overtime, 42.5 hours per week, day shifts only.

Hours

40 hours weekly, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm (with one Saturday each month).

Responsibilities

As a Vehicle Technician you are responsible for:

• Servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnosis work on Volkswagen Group cars and light commercial vehicles.
• Ensuring vehicles are safe and legally compliant for customer hire.
• Working well as part of a small team and maintaining a tidy working environment.
• Performing duties to a high standard and maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifications & Experience

• Level 2 qualified technician with at least 3 years of employment experience, or fully qualified Level 3 technician / mechanic.
• Preferably Level 2‑4 qualified with at least 3 years experience as a qualified vehicle technician.
• Full UK driving licence.
