Job summary

Octane Recruitment Ltd is assisting in recruiting a Vehicle Technician for a role in Stourbridge. The position offers up to £36,000 basic, with realistic earnings up to £45,000 including overtime and bonuses, plus ongoing training and career progression.

The ideal candidate will have Level 3 in LV Maintenance and Repair or Level 2 with 3 years’ experience, a full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK. Permanent, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or Level 2 with at least 3 years' workshop experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, inspections and repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify repair requirements.
• Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers to support workshop efficiency.
