Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is partnered with a Ferndown workshop to hire a Vehicle Mechanic/Technician focused on progression. You will service and repair a range of commercial vehicles in a modern, high-end workshop, with paid overtime and a strong track record of staff development.

The role is days-based, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays paid as overtime. This is a great opportunity to join an industry-leading team that promotes internal progression and values quality

Qualifications

• This role requires solid mechanical ability and practical workshop skills.
• Experience as a Vehicle Technician in commercial/HGV sectors is preferred.
• Ability to undertake engine repairs and complex maintenance as required.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain a variety of vehicles.
• Carry out technical repairs and engine rebuilds when needed.
• Work 1 in 3 Saturday mornings with overtime to boost earnings.
