This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician or Service Technician looking to take the next step in their career with a respected main dealer. Offering Monday–Friday hours only, full manufacturer training, and the chance to develop your diagnostic skills, this role provides genuine progression without sacrificing work–life balance. You’ll be joining a well‑structured workshop team of three experienced technicians and an apprentice. The environment is professional but friendly — perfect for someone who wants long‑term stability in a supportive main dealer setting.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance work efficiently and accurately
  • Handle more complex mechanical work including cambelts and gearboxes
  • Complete all work to manufacturer standards and within agreed timeframes
  • Work collaboratively with the workshop team to maintain quality and productivity
  • Engage in ongoing manufacturer training and development
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 2 qualification
  • Proven workshop experience (fast‑fit, independent, or dealer background welcome)
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to high standards
Salary and Benefits
  • £30,000 – £36,000 basic salary
  • Bonus on labour hours sold (around £3,000 per year)
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (no weekends)
  • Full manufacturer training, including diagnostics development
