VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MOT TESTER - OXFORD (CONTRACT)

Position: Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester

Location: Oxford (OX2)

Rate: £22.00 - £24.00 Per Hour (Outside IR35)

The Role

We are currently looking for a qualified Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to work at our client's workshop on an ongoing contractual basis. You will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance and repair work on a wide range of motor vehicles, as well as testing vehicles to DVSA standards. The contract is outside IR35 and the rate on offer is between £22.00 - £24.00 per hour.

Skills / Qualifications
  • Qualified to Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds or similar in the relevant disciplines.
  • Valid MOT License
  • Experience carrying out repair and service work to a variety of vehicles.
  • Ability to diagnose and rectify a wide range of mechanical & electrical vehicle faults.
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices in the workshop.
  • UK Driving License and possess your own tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a productive team.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
