Job summary

TrustFord in Epsom, KT19 9NW, is seeking a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join our on-site, full-time team. You will deliver high-quality vehicle diagnostics, servicing and repairs, including electric vehicles, with training from IMI Level 3 in EV maintenance within your first year.

The role requires a full driving licence and NVQ3/City & Guilds or equivalent; MOT qualification is a plus. We offer a competitive salary and robust benefits as part of Europe’s largest Ford dealership network.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance.
• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent.
• MOT testing qualification and main dealership experience (preferred).
• Willing to train to IMI Level 3 in Electric Vehicle Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to TrustFord customers.
• Work to diagnose and repair vehicles, including Electric Vehicle systems.
• Maintain safety, quality and efficiency standards across the workshop.
• Participate in training and upskilling, including IMI Level 3 EV maintenance.

About You:

To deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to all our TrustFord customers.

Have a full valid driving licence, an NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent.

Have previous Automotive Technician experience, including Electric Vehicle. Ideally, you'll also have an MOT testing qualification and some main dealership experience.

During your first 12 months of Employment, you will be trained to IMI Level 3 in Electric Vehicle Maintenance and repair to ensure your skills remain relevant throughout your career with us.
