Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for a reputable Sheffield main dealership. The role offers a competitive salary, strong training, and clear career progression within a stable workshop.

Benefits include a basic salary up to £38,000 with an OTE of £42,500, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and access to manufacturer training programmes. 34 days holiday rising to 38 after service, plus long-term development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified with Level 3 IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Proven experience as Vehicle Technician in a busy workshop.
• Full UK driving licence; MOT licence desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Conduct diagnostic checks to identify faults.
• Liaise with customers, service advisors and management.
• Inspect vehicles for wear, damage and faults.
• Ensure repairs meet DVSA guidelines and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
