Job summary

A leading motor dealership in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to service and repair vehicles. The ideal candidate will have NVQ level 3 or equivalent and good diagnostic skills. You should be self-motivated and a reliable team player with a full driving licence. This role offers competitive wages of £35k to £37k OTE £40k and full-time hours from Mon – Fri 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, and Sat 8:30 am – 12:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Must have good attention to detail and be self-motivated.
• Ability to work well in a team and be flexible.
• A full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Service and diagnose/repair a range of faults.
• Perform used vehicle inspections and reconditioning as required.

Overview

A fully experienced Motor Vehicle Technician is required for an independent motor dealership. You will be required to service, carry out used vehicle inspections as well as reconditioning and diagnose/repair a range of faults.
