Just Recruitment Solutions Ltd is recruiting an experienced Vehicle Mechanic for a busy Exeter dealership. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, using hand and power tools, with opportunities to progress through Master Technician level and specialist hybrid training.

MOT license is preferred but not essential, and a strong customer service approach is important. The role is full-time and permanent, offering £48,000 per year plus bonus schemes and company benefits including a pension and parking

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification required or equivalent.
• Experience in main dealer or independent workshops.
• MOT license preferred but not essential.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues efficiently.
• Use hand and power tools to perform repairs.
• Refer to schematics to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Explain repairs and maintenance procedures clearly to customers.
• Perform heavy lifting as needed.
• Welding skills for fabrication and repair tasks.
