Job summary

Evans Halshaw in the United Kingdom is offering a Vehicle Technician Apprentice program that combines hands-on dealership work with structured training. You will work toward achieving an IMI Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance, setting you up to become a fully qualified Vehicle Technician.

No prior automotive experience is required; the apprenticeship is designed to train and mentor you toward a long-term automotive career, with comprehensive support throughout the program.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle checks and inspections.
• Produce time estimates for repairs and maintenance to vehicles.
• Maintain repair and service records on the in-house computer system and for customers.

As a Vehicle Technician Apprentice, you’ll combine hands‑on experience in our dealerships with structured training and the support of an experienced mentor. You’ll work towards achieving an IMI Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance, setting you up to become a fully qualified Vehicle Technician.

You don’t need previous experience in the automotive industry to apply. We don’t expect you to know everything already, that’s what the apprenticeship is for.

If you’re curious, motivated and willing to learn, we’ll give you the training, support and mentoring you need to succeed and build a long-term career as a Vehicle Technician.

What will you be doing every day as an Apprentice Vehicle Technician?
