Job summary

Lithia UK, part of Stratstone Porsche Wilmslow, invites applications for a Vehicle Technician role. You will join a dynamic workshop, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance with support from experienced franchise leaders.

Basic salary £29,905–£41,978 with OTE £32,335–£46,208; a £2,000 joining bonus; 33 days holiday, pension, life assurance and exclusive discounts. Level 3 cert and full UK licence required.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in a franchised dealer environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles safely.
• Use workshop systems and equipment to diagnose and fix faults.
• Work to high quality standards with a focus on productivity.

To welcome you as a Porsche Technician you will receive a joining bonus of £2,000*

• Basic Salary from £29,905 up to £41,978 - Dependent on skills and experience
• OTE from £32,335 up to £46,208, with UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
• PTE ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians & £50,000 - £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We are looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards ideally within a franchised dealer, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
• Passionate for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve
