Vehicle Technician (Mechanic) – £60,000 OTE (Uncapped Earnings)

• Carry out high-quality maintenance, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections, identifying wear, faults, and required replacements
• Deliver clear technical advice to customers, ensuring trust and confidence
• Provide exceptional customer service, building relationships that encourage repeat business
• Work closely with service advisors and workshop control to ensure smooth workflow
• Support and mentor colleagues in the workshop, sharing knowledge and promoting teamwork
