Vehicle Technician (Mechanic)

Pembrook Resourcing are searching for a Vehicle Technician (mechanic) to join our client a well renowned dealership.

Benefits
  • Above market salary up to 60000 per annum (including bonus/overtime)

Youll use your proven previous experience as a vehicle technician / mechanic to service diagnose maintain and repair customers vehicles to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair issues with customer vehicles.
  • Plan and schedule repair procedures.
  • Explain to customers the work recommended/completed.
  • Test functionality of vehicle parts and systems.
  • Perform vehicle service & maintenance tasks (e.g. oil changes, tyre rotation). Explain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer service. Repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors and other parts.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years experience within a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic role.
  • Have a minimum of Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds Certification.
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of diagnostic tools.
